Pesto is a versatile product, it can be used for a variety of dishes such as pasta, pizza, in soups or as a dip.
Making pesto is a great way of using up surplus produce such as spinach, rocket and soft herbs.
Based on the time of year, you can use produce that is in season.

Kia ora koutou. My name is Sarah and I am absolutely privileged to have been the team coach of Hamlin Road Organic Farm in the heart of rural South Auckland, for the last eight years. I am beyond excited that this week we have launched our beautiful new logo. Created around the concept of a sheltered seedling this new logo and brand now embodies so much more of our heart and our purpose.
